We had a bright future ahead of us...
...until I found out she was thirty.
With two kids.
And a husband.
Those Spaniards sailed the wrong direction in search of the fountain of youth.

Mark’s replacement arrived yesterday. Heath, from Australia. A tall, lanky fellow. He’s already upset about the arrangement and he hasn’t even started yet. Apparently he was under the impression that we were entitled to 10 free (sick) days. A common misconception shared by David, Katrina, and I. What we actually get is 10 free (sick) classes, or about one working day. BS huh? Well, he’s in a huff about it. I suspect this won’t be the last time reality falls short of his expectations. We made a wager tonight on how long he would last. I said I doubted he would stay 6 weeks before pulling a runner. He’s gone to Seoul until Saturday and starts Monday, but no one has shown him where anything is at school yet.
