Mirror World

I am beginning to believe that I am not in South Korea, but rather in an alternate universe. Perhaps I have died, or maybe the plane on which I crossed the Pacific inadvertently passed through a loophole in the cosmos. Either way, this cannot be real.

Perhaps I have stepped into a Philip K. Dick novel. Perhaps it is called Do Koreans Dream of a Holographic Jesus.

On grand openings, stores will go to elaborate lengths to draw attention to their store, including having a live band perform on the sidewalk, an event I was fortunate enough to see. Their were cops there to keep the street open, the sidewalks on both sides were jammed with onlookers.

David and I stumbled upon an abandoned building. It was a literal treasure trove of photo moments, including this holographic Jesus which is now hanging on my wall.
